With the amount of fast food (which is mostly fatty food) out there, it's hard for anyone to effectively lose weight and keep it off. This is a huge reason to why there are so many fat , overweight people..Take aways, chips, kebabs, Chinese, Indian, should i go on..I'm making myself hungry..
They should put a ban on the opening of any new fast food joints..And also force the ones already open to serve healthier options.
Eating out is part of our lives and tradition, not just for the odd country but the whole world.
It takes a lot of will power to not eat out at all, specially when your out socialising with friends. I think it comes down to how active you are as well, if you burn the junk food off then you won't put any weight on. I eat a fair amount of junk, but because im an active person and i train a lot im slim. Moderation is the key.
Junk food is - convenience - simple because you don't have to cook - oh, and it tastes goood.!
