Double Wheel ELITE Ab Roller Review

Double Wheel ELITE Ab Roller ReviewNew to Rolling the Abs? Well you need to take a look at the excellent Elite stomach exerciser. The Double Wheel ELITE Ab Roller has a wider spacing between the two wheels. This feature is useful because it makes using the Ad wheel a bit easier for beginners as it adds a little more support and balance when rolling out compared to the "normal" double wheeled Ab Rollers that have the two wheels very close together. Both types are suitable for both beginners and experienced users, and they really do work those stomach muscles.

However, the Elite Ab Roller does offer slightly more stability and safety for beginners, so it is the better choice for a novice. If you are someone who doesn't have a lot of time to spare but wants to give the stomach muscles a good workout you will be hard pressed to find a stomach exercise rep for rep that is as effective as an Ab Roller. And I bet that once you use an Ab Roller and feel how sore your Abs are the next day you will agree!

They are very effective. And they don't just work the stomach muscles but also the arms, shoulders, back muscles and overall core. Can it help you lose weight. Of course, but its just one piece of a much bigger picture. Regular exercise and a healthy diet (lifestyle changes) being two of the main components.

Most Ab Rollers not being sold in the pound shop (dollar store) are well made, and this one is no exception. Lets take a quick look at the pros and cons of the Elite model.

Pro's

  • Cheaper to buy than most high quality Rollers
  • Great for beginners
  • High Quality
  • Lifetime Warranty

Cons

  • No knee pad included

This is an excellent product. The customer reviews on Amazon are amazing. Every person has given this product a full five stars. Only one person complained, even though rating it 5 stars, said that it was due to them feeling sore the next day whenever they used it! Well that's meant to be a good thing. That's the general idea, and probably one of the funniest complaints on an exercise product that I've read in a while.

If you're a beginner and have never used an Ab wheel before take it slowly. And always warm up first by doing a few normal sit ups and stomach stretches. I've seen people, many people in gyms and in other settings that were asked to give an Ab Wheel a go for the first time, and most were very surprised to discover that they couldn't even do 1 repetition.

Most could roll out but not roll back in! So be aware if you're a first timer. And if you're a beginner NEVER start off with trying to roll standing up, it is much harder than rolling on your knees. Don't be tempted, you could do yourself some serious damage! Or pull a muscle, or two.
